Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your use of the IQWelcome during its current testing phase.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request using any of the contact methods below. Please include:

Please include the following in your request:

• The WhatsApp phone number (or other contact identifier) used during testing.
• The business or organization name the testing was conducted under, if known.
• An approximate date range for when the testing took place.

Verification

We may need to verify that a deletion request comes from the person or organization associated with the data before proceeding.

What happens next

Test data reasonably identified by your request will be reviewed and deleted as appropriate. We do not currently commit to a specific deletion timeframe beyond reviewing requests as they are received.
