This Privacy Policy describes how the IQWelcome ("the service") handles information while it is being tested and developed. The service is currently in a testing phase and is not yet offered for general customer use.

While testing the service, the following information may be processed:
- WhatsApp messages, phone numbers, and related contact details.
- Conversation history and appointment/scheduling details entered during testing.
- Business configuration information entered by a testing organization (such as hours, services, and receptionist instructions).
How information is used
Information is used only to provide and test the receptionist, messaging, and scheduling functionality of the service. Information is not sold to third parties.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational security measures are used to help protect information processed by the service. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
